I agree totally Shrink! I question the kind of moves Rick Carlisle makes during the game. He seems more like a college coach. Watch next time to see if you notice: he calls timeouts like it's water after a team scores 3 baskets in a row, doesn't have his team go 2 for 1 at the end of quarters or halves, among other little things I noticed. Overrated IMO.
